During the pandemic, there was a surge in consumer home improvement spending. BJ's tapped Duffy & Shanley to strategize and execute a robust PR program designed to communicate BJ’s extensive array of home improvement services, an area within their business that desperately needed its story told.
Duffy took their knowledge of BJ’s target consumer, coupled with market research, and deployed a comprehensive program designed to raise awareness of BJ’s home improvement services.
Their program leveraged the credibility of Hearst Corporation, one of the world's largest publishers of magazine media across all platforms. They took it one step further by layering in targeted amplification tactics and a survey to "drive it home."
