Description
Even before COVID-19 took the globe by storm, the healthcare industry was plagued with what the World Medical Association called a “pandemic of physician burnout.” In February 2020, to improve physician productivity and patient throughput, Burlington-based Nuance Communications Inc., launched the Nuance® Dragon Ambient eXperience™ (DAX™) solution (Nuance DAX) in partnership with Microsoft. V2 Communications, Nuance’s PR agency, objectives were to raise awareness and educate the market on the product, and also support Nuance’s corporate initiatives by communicating the company’s evolution into an AI leader. To meet these objectives, V2 leveraged customer stories—namely Cooper University Health Care, whose CEO was willing to speak to press—to bring real-world examples to how the technology is used. As a result, V2 secured a series of placements across local, broadcast, business, technology and trade press, including Cheddar Innovates, Philadelphia Business Journal, Speech Technology Magazine, Health Tech Podcast, HISTalk and Investor Ideas.
